"Love your individuality. Revel in the crowd"

The above message for Selfridges' April "everybody" campaign calls attention to fashion's perpetual mediation between the self and the community. The body is at the heart of the campaign, as illustrated by the window displays, which celebrated the shop's new body studio department last year, a testament to fashion's many layers, adding meaning to both the body that it covers and the identities it.
